摘 要:锆基块体金属玻璃拥有强度高和硬度大等优异的物理和化学性能,因此在航空航天、医疗和电力等领域具有广阔的应用前景。在对其进行钻削加工时,加工区域温度高且升温快,因此表面易发生由非晶体向晶体转化的现象,从而影响金属玻璃的优异性能。为分析钻削金属玻璃时热力学特性,探究温度和切削力随切削参数的变化规律,以块体金属玻璃为研究对象,微量润滑(MQL)为辅助,基于有限元仿真分析MQL对钻削金属玻璃温度的影响。研究切削速度、进给速度等切削参数对加工区域温度及切削力的影响,并与未施加MQL工况进行对比。仿真结果表明,MQL可以使金属玻璃表面最高温度降低约40%,刀具最高温度下降约51%。相比于进给速度,主轴转速对温度的影响更大,实际加工时,取主轴转速为1500r/min和较低进给量可以有效降低工件表面升温速率。通过钻削仿真,可以归纳出金属玻璃的钻削过程中温度分布情况、温升规律及轴向力随切削参数的变化情况,为实际钻削试验时切削参数的选取提供参考。Zirconium based bulk metallic glass has excellent mechanical, physical, and chemical properties such as high strength and high hardness, thus having broad application prospects in the fields of aerospace, medical and power.However, when drilling bulk metallic glass, the temperature in the processing area is high and the temperature rises quickly, so the surface is prone to transform from amorphous solid to crystalline, which affects the excellent properties of metal glass. To analyze the thermodynamic characteristics of drilling metallic glass and explore the change rules of temperature and cutting force with cutting parameters, bulk metallic glass is taken as the research object, minimum quantity lubricant(MQL)as auxiliary, the influence of MQL on drilling metal glass based on finite element simulation is analyzed.The influence of cutting parameters such as cutting speed and feed speed on machining area temperature and cutting force is studied, and compared with the condition without MQL.The simulation results show that MQL can reduce the maximum temperature of metal glass surface by about 40% and the maximum temperature of tool by about 51%.Compared with the feed speed, the rotational speed has a greater impact on temperature.In actual processing, the spindle rotational speed of 1500r/min and the lower feed rate can effectively reduce the surface temperature rise of the workpiece.Through drilling simulation, the temperature distribution and temperature rise law and the variation of axial force with cutting parametes of metal glass drilling process can be summarized, which can provide reference for the selection of cutting parameters in actual drilling test.
