摘 要:为探究不同表面处理工艺对动车组车轴表面性能的影响,以残余应力为主要性能评价依据,开展了7种表面处理工艺的车轴表面性能评价。针对标准动车组车轴卸荷槽部位,探究了不同目数砂纸打磨的车轴表面粗糙度和表面残余应力的关系,并确立最佳抛光参数。结果表明:滚压处理工艺可以形成较大的表面残余压应力,320目砂纸打磨与180目砂纸所形成表面残余应力大致相当;不同操作人员以及不同时段打磨抛光形成的表面残余应力存在差异;在180目砂纸与转速300r/min的抛光参数下进行抛光,可以保证车轴表面稳定的打磨性能。The purpose is to explore the influence of different surface treatments on the surface properties of EMU axles, the surface properties of EMU axles under seven surface treatments are evaluated based on the residual stress.Aiming at the unloading groove of standard EMU axle, the relationship between surface roughness and surface residual stress under different mesh sandpaper polishing is studied, and the best polishing process parameters are determined.The results show that the rolling process can form large surface residual stress, and the surface residual stress value of 320 mesh sandpaper grinding and 180 mesh sandpaper is approximately the same.There are differences in the surface residual stress formed by different operators and different periods of polishing.The stable grinding performance of axle surface can be guaranteed by polishing with 180 grit sandpaper and 300r/min.
