摘  要:攻丝时切屑缠绕是降低攻丝效率的主要原因,为了深入分析切屑缠绕的原因以及摩擦系数与切屑形态的关系,利用有限元仿真软件模拟攻丝过程得出切削力和扭矩,利用黏着滑动摩擦模型估算了刀—屑界面滑动区的摩擦系数,通过对未涂层刀具、TiCN涂层、氧化处理以及TiAlN涂层四种高速钢丝锥进行切削实验,分析了摩擦系数对切屑卷曲直径的影响,探讨了切屑缠绕的机理。结果表明:摩擦系数越大,切屑的卷曲直径越小;切屑的卷曲直径大于刀具槽宽时,切屑会发生缠绕;TiAlN涂层刀具的摩擦系数高于其它表面处理刀具的摩擦系数,较高的摩擦系数减小了切屑的卷曲直径,降低了切屑缠绕的风险。During the tapping process,the entanglement of chips is the main reason for reducing the tapping efficiency.In order to deeply analyze the reasons for chip entanglement and the relationship between friction coefficient and chip shape,the finite element simulation software is used to simulate the tapping process to obtain the cutting force and torque,and then the stickslip friction model is used to estimate the chiptool interface sliding area.Through the cutting experiments of four highspeed steel taps of uncoated tool,TiCN coating,oxidation treatment,and TiAlN coating,the influence of friction coefficient on chip curling diameter is analyzed,and the mechanism of chip winding is discussed.The results show that the larger the friction coefficient is,the smaller the curling diameter of the chip is.When the curling diameter of the chip is larger than the groove width of the tool,the chip will be entangled,the friction coefficient of the TiAlN coated tool is higher than that of other surface treatment tools,which the high coefficient of friction can reduce the chip curl diameter and the risk of chip entanglement.
