摘 要:飞机起落架结构件广泛使用的超高强度钢材料属于难加工材料,精加工过程中常因零件装夹刚性和刀具选用出现振动现象,进而影响加工表面质量及零件形位公差。起落架结构件普遍存在孔特征,孔表面粗糙度要求高,同组孔间具有较高的同轴度或全跳动等形位公差要求,且孔直径公差较严格,大批量生产时对加工过程的质量稳定性提出更高要求。以提高起落架典型结构件防扭臂热后精镗孔质量稳定性为切入点,探索减振镗刀在超高强度钢镗孔中的应用。Ultra high strength steel materials are widely used in aircraft landing gear structural components,which are difficult to machine.During the precision machining process,vibrations often occur due to issues such as part clamping rigidity and tool selection,which affect the surface quality and geometric tolerance.The landing gear structural components generally have hole characteristics,with high requirements for surface roughness of holes.The same group of holes have high coaxiality or full runout tolerance requirements between the holes,and the hole diameter tolerance is strict.When the product is produced in large quantities,higher requirements are put forward for the quality stability of the process.This article explores the application of vibration reducing boring tools in ultra-high strength steel boring,with the aim of improving the stability of the quality of precision boring holes after thermal treatment for typical structural components of the anti torsion arm of landing gear.
