摘  要:对称度是键槽重要的几何公差之一,其数值大小直接决定了传动机构的性能。目前,基于专用量具的接触式测量方法存在容易划伤零件表面、自动化程度低和测量精度低等问题,提出基于激光位移传感器的键槽对称度非接触检测方法,通过传感器采集多个键槽截面轮廓数据,采用空间解析几何原理提取轮廓关键点坐标值,并推导出获得对称度误差的数学表达式。与三坐标测量结果进行试验对比,结果表明,所提出的方法检测误差小于10%。Symmetry is one of the important geometric tolerance items of keyway,and its value directly determines the performance of transmission mechanism.At present,the contact measurement method based on special measuring tools has some problems,such as easy to scratch the surface of parts,low automation and low measurement accuracy.Therefore,a non-contact detection method of keyway symmetry based on laser displacement sensor is proposed.Multiple keyway profile data are collected by the sensor,then the coordinate values of key points of the profile are extracted by using the principle of spatial analytic geometry,and the mathematical expression of symmetry error is derived.The results show that the detection error of the proposed method is less than 10%.
