摘　　要：目的 分析重庆市水痘突发公共卫生事件(Public health emergency event, PHEE)特征和处置成本。方法 通过中国PHEE管理信息系统收集2014-2021年重庆市水痘PHEE及其处置成本信息,描述性分析流行病学特征,采用新灰色关联法分析总成本与各项成本的关联性。结果 2014-2021年重庆市共报告水痘PHEE 837起(每年39-182起),其中幼儿园、小学、中学分别报告85起、607起、145起;报告时间、持续时间中位数分别为14d、35d(r_(s)=0.50,P<0.05)。水痘总罹患率为1.82%(24 476例),发病年龄中位数为8岁。水痘PHEE的病例人均处置总成本为778.78元,在各项处置成本中医疗救治成本与总成本的关联度最高。结论 2014-2021年重庆市水痘PHEE主要发生在小学,PHEE处置成本较高;需加强水痘监测和适龄儿童水痘疫苗接种。Objective To analyze epidemiological characteristics and response costs of varicella public health emergency events(PHEEs)in Chongqing.MethodsWe obtained data on varicella PHEEs and costs of responding to varicella PHEEs in Chongqing during 2014-2021 from the China PHEE Management Information System.We analyzed epidemiological characteristics of PHEEs and the correlations between total cost and each response cost by the new grey correlation method.ResultsA total of 837 varicella PHEEs were reported in Chongqing from 2014 to 2021(39-182 each year),among which 85,607,and 145 occurred in kindergartens,primary schools,and middle schools,respectively.The median reporting time and duration of PHEEs were 14d and 35d(r_(s)=0.50,P<0.05).The overall attack rate was 1.82%(24476 cases);the median age of cases was 8 years.The total average cost for responses to varicella PHEEs was 778.78 yuan per case,with the highest correlation being for medical treatment costs.ConclusionsFrom 2014 to 2021,most varicella PHEEs in Chongqing occurred in primary schools and had high response costs.We should strengthen varicella surveillance and vaccination of age-eligible children.
