摘 要:目的了解新疆环境污水中脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)病毒(Poliovirus,PV)和维持无脊灰状态。方法选取新疆3个城市污水处理厂,2013年4月-2022年12月每月各采集1份污水标本,采用RD和L20B细胞分离PV,采用rRT-PCR对PV分离株进行型内鉴定和VP_(1)区核苷酸序列测定。结果2013-2022年共采集环境污水327份,肠道病毒分离阳性305份(93.3%);共分离到PV 2461株、非脊灰肠道病毒950株。在PV分离株中,Ⅰ型666株、Ⅱ型450株、Ⅲ型1345株;除2018年1株为Ⅱ型疫苗衍生脊灰病毒(Vaccine derived poliovirus,VDPV)、2020年1株为Ⅰ型VDPV外,其余分离株均为疫苗株。结论新疆环境污水中PV分离株主要为疫苗株,未发现脊灰野病毒;环境PV监测为新疆继续维持无脊灰状态提供了实验室依据。Objective To monitor poliovirus(PV)in environmental sewage in Xinjiang and provide evidence supporting evaluation of polio-free status.MethodsWe selected sewage disposal plants in three prefectures of Xinjiang and collected one sewage sample every month from each plant from April 2013 to December 2022.We isolated PV using RD and L20B cells and conducted intratypic differentiation and nucleotide sequence analysis of VP_(1) regions using r RT-PCR.ResultsA total of 327 environmental sewage samples were collected from 2013 to 2022,among which 305(93.3%)were positive for enterovirus.A total of 2461 PV strains and 950 non-polio enterovirus strains were isolated from the positive samples.Among PV isolates,666 strains were typeⅠ,450 were typeⅡ,and 1345 were typeⅢ.All isolates were vaccine strains except for one type II vaccine derived poliovirus(VDPV)collected in 2018 and one type I VDPV collected in 2020.ConclusionsMost PV strains from environmental sewage in Xinjiang were vaccine strains;none were wild poliovirus.Environmental monitoring for PV provides laboratory evidence for maintaining polio-free status in Xinjiang.
