摘　　要：目的评价湖北省急性弛缓性麻痹(Acute flaccid paralysis,AFP)病例监测系统运转质量和维持无脊髓灰质炎(脊灰)状态。方法通过中国AFP监测信息报告管理系统收集湖北省2012-2021年AFP病例报告信息,进行描述性流行病学分析。结果2012-2021年湖北省共报告<15岁儿童AFP病例1773例,年均报告发病率为2.07/10万,各年报告发病率在1.28/10万-2.87/10万之间;AFP病例48h内调查率为99.15%,合格粪便标本采集率为89.68%。非脊灰肠道病毒分离率为10.49%(183/1744)。检出脊灰疫苗相似株病例12例,其中Ⅰ型3例、Ⅱ型1例、Ⅲ型1例、混合型7例;未检出疫苗衍生脊灰病毒和脊灰野病毒。结论湖北省2012-2021年AFP病例监测系统运转良好,继续维持无脊灰状态。Objective To evaluate the quality of acute flaccid paralysis(AFP)surveillance and to determine polio-free status in Hubei province.MethodsWe collected data on AFP cases reported to the National AFP Surveillance Information Management System during 2012-2021 in Hubei and conducted a descriptive epidemiological analysis.ResultsA total of 1773 AFP cases<15 years of age were reported during 2012-2021 in Hubei,for a reported non-polio AFP incidence of 2.07 cases per 100000 population.Annual incidences ranged from 1.28 to 2.87 per 100000;99.15%of AFP cases were investigated within 48 hours after reporting,and adequate stool specimens were collected from 89.68%of cases.The non-polio enterovirus positivity rate among AFP cases was 10.49%(183/1744).Sabin-like strains were detected from 12 AFP cases,in which 3,1,1,and 7 cases were positive to poliovirus typeⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,and mixed types,respectively.No vaccine-deprived polioviruses or wild polioviruses were found.ConclusionsThe AFP surveillance system ran well during 2012-2021,and polio-free status was continually maintained in Hubei.
