摘　　要：目的分析南宁市流行性腮腺炎(流腮)发病特征变化。方法通过中国疾病预防控制信息系统收集南宁市流腮报告数据,比较2017-2019年和2020-2022年流腮报告发病率。结果南宁市2017-2019年、2020-2022年流腮年均报告发病率分别为63.56/10万(13647例)、36.96/10万(8145例)。在2017-2019年流腮病例中,0-4岁、5-9岁、10-14岁、15-19岁、≥20岁病例分别占17.33%、32.66%、36.02%、5.03%、8.96%,年均发病率分别为157.85/10万、331.93/10万、415.11/10万、53.24/10万、7.57/10万;在2020-2022年流腮病例中,相应年龄病例分别占29.79%、43.73%、13.59%、3.18%、9.71%,年均发病率分别为163.10/10万、262.40/10万、82.69/10万、22.25/10万、4.74/10万。结论南宁市2020-2022年流腮发病水平较2017-2019年显著下降,仍以<15岁儿童为主;需加强适龄儿童2剂次含腮腺炎成分疫苗常规免疫和入托入学儿童预防接种查验工作。Objective To explore changes in mumps incidence in Nanning city.MethodsWe obtained mumps reports from the China Disease Prevention and Control Information System and compared mumps incidence between 2017-2019 and 2020-2022.ResultsThe average annual incidence per 100000 population was 63.56(13647 cases)in 2017-2019 and 36.96(8145 cases)in 2020-2022.Among mumps cases reported during 2017-2019,0-4-,5-9-,10-14-,15-19-,and>20-year-olds accounted for 17.33%,32.66%,36.02%,5.03%,and 8.96%of cases,with incidences of 157.85,331.93,415.11,53.24,and 7.57 per 100000.Among mumps cases reported during 2020-2022,0-4-,5-9-,10-14-,15-19-,and>20-year-olds accounted for 29.79%,43.73%,13.59%,3.18%,and 9.71%,with incidences of 163.10,262.40,82.69,22.25,and 4.74 per 100000.ConclusionsThe incidence of mumps decreased significantly in 2020-2022 compared with 2017-2019,however children<15 years of age still had a high incidence.We should enhance routine 2-dose mumps vaccination of age-eligible children and check vaccination records of kindergarten and school-age children.
