脑卒中院前急救临床研究进展

摘　　要：脑卒中是一种较为常见的疾病,又称之为脑血管意外或中风,该病属于急性脑血管病,又根据病变性质分为出血性卒中与缺血性卒中,患者脑部血管突然发生破裂或阻塞致使血流无法进入大脑,导致脑组织出现损伤。该病起病急、病情凶险,若早期识别与处理不当,容易造成患者残疾甚至死亡。目前国内外脑卒中疾病的发病率、病死率、致残率均较高,故而国内外医务界均十分重视该病。该病的院前急救对患者的治疗与预后具有较大的影响。做好患者院前急救工作,早期给予患者有效的救治,为患者进一步治疗争取时间,从而改善患者预后,降低致残率及病死率。关于脑卒中患者的院前急救相关报道较多,在指导院前救治方面,具有较高应用与深入探讨分析价值。本文通过总结相关文献与临床经验,从患者对脑卒中的自我识别,脑卒中的早期识别,脑卒中的现场处理,脑卒中的科学转运及脑卒中的院前院内衔接等方面对脑卒中院前急救临床进展进行综述,从而对脑卒中患者的院前急救流程进行划分与总结,使其更为科学、合理,有利于提升院前急救水平。Cerebral stroke is a relatively common disease,also known as cerebrovascular accident and stroke.The disease belongs to acute cerebrovascular disease,which is divided into hemorrhagic stroke and ischemic stroke according to the nature of lesion.The blood vessels in the brain of patients suddenly burst or block,causing the blood flow not flow into the brain,resulting in brain tissue damage.The disease has an acute onset and a dangerous condition.If early identification and treatment are not done properly,it is easy to cause disability or even death to the patients.At present,the morbidity,mortality and disability rate of cerebral stroke in China and abroad are high,so the medical circles at home and abroad attach great importance to this disease.The pre-hospital emergency treatment of the disease has a great impact on the treatment and prognosis of patients.Doing a good job in the pre-hospital emergency treatment work for patients,giving patients effective treatment in the early stage,and buying time for further treatment to improve the prognosis of patients,reduce the disability rate and the mortality rate.There are many related reports on pre-hospital emergency treatment for cerebral stroke patients,which has high application and in-depth discussion and analysis value to guide pre-hospital emergency treatment.By summarizing relevant literature and clinical experience,this paper reviews the clinical progress of pre-hospital emergency treatment,from the perspectives of patients'self identification of cerebral stroke,early recognition of cerebral stroke,on-site treatment of cerebral stroke,scientific transportation of cerebral stroke,and prehospital to hospital connection of cerebral stroke,in order to divide and summarize the pre-hospital emergency treatment process for cerebral stroke patients,making it more scientific and reasonable,and conducive to improving the level of pre-hospital emergency treatment.
