摘 要:目的阐明健走对劳务工健康的影响,为制订适合于劳务工的健走模式提供帮助。方法以2020年7月1日—10月30日深圳市龙华区参加“万步有约”健走的498人劳务工为研究对象,分为比赛组332人,体验组166人,收集其健走前后体质和睡眠状况数据,分析健走对其体质和睡眠状况的影响。结果健走后比赛组的体质改善项多于体验组,其中体重、BMI、去脂体重、脂肪含量和腰围相较于健走前明显下降,蛋白质、骨质和肌肉含量明显增加,睡眠质量明显改善,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性健走后脂肪含量、腰围、腰臀比明显下降,女性在健走后BMI、脂肪含量和腰围明显下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);<40岁的年轻人群体,其体质的改善优于≥40岁人群,其中BMI、脂肪含量、腰围、腰臀比明显下降,蛋白质和肌肉含量、基础代谢率明显提高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健走运动能有效改善劳务工的健康,且以团体为单位能提高成员参与的依从性,改善睡眠效果更明显。Objective To explore the influence of sport walking on the health of labor workers,and to provide help for the establishment of sport walking mode suitable for them.Methods From July 1 to October30,2020,498 labor workers in Longhua District of Shenzhen who participated in the"ten-thousand-step walking"sport walking were selected as the research objects.They were dcvided into 332 participants in the competition group and 166 participants in the experience group.The data of the physical quality and sleep status before and after the sprot walking were collectd to analyze the influence of sport walking on the physical quality and sleep quality.Results After sport walking,the physical quality improvement items in the competition group were more than those in the experience group,with a significant decrease in weight,BMI,lean body weight,fat content and waist circumference,and a significant increase in protein,bone and muscle content compared to before sport walking,and sleep quality was significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).After sport walking,the fat content,waist circumference and waist to hip ratio of males significantly decreased,while BMI,fat content and waist circumference of females significantly decreased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement of physical quality of young people under 40 years old was better than that of people over 40 years old,among them,BMI,fat content,waist circumference,waist hip ratio were significantly lower,and protein and muscle content,basal metabolism rate were significantly increased,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Sport walking could obviously improve the health of the labor workers.Group sport walking could improve the compliance of members and the improvement sleep effect was more obvious.
