激光对高危前列腺增生患者的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的探究在高危前列腺增生患者中应用激光治疗方案的效果。方法选择高唐县人民医院2018年11月—2020年11月收治的61例高危前列腺增生患者作为研究对象,所有患者均接受1470nm激光治疗。对激光治疗各项手术指标展开统计记录,比较治疗前后患者IPSS(国际前列腺症状评分)、QOL(生活质量评分)、Q-max(最大尿流率)与PVR(残余尿量)水平。结果入组患者均成功完成手术治疗,手术时间均值为(44.13±13.58)min、术中出血量均值为(18.07±5.58)mL、留置尿管时间均值为(2.97±1.29)d、膀胱冲洗时间均值为(3.17±2.52)h、术后住院时间均值为(2.28±1.26)d、并发症发生率为4.92%;治疗后,患者IPSS评分、QOL评分、Q-max以及PVR均明显优于治疗前,数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论1470 nm激光治疗方案在高危前列腺增生中应用效果确切,对患者产生的创伤小,且并发症发生风险低、安全性高,可于临床治疗中推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of laser therapy in patients with high-risk prostatic hyperplasia.Methods Sixty-one patients with high-risk prostatic hyperplasia treated in Gaotang Country People's Hospital from November 2018 to November 2020 were selected as the research objects.All patients were treated with 1470 nm laser therapy.The surgical indexes of laser treatment were statistically recorded,and the levels of IPSS(international prostate symptom score),QOL(quality of life score),Q-max(maximum urinary flow rate)and PVR(residual urine volume)were compared before and after treatment.Results All patients successfully completed the operation.The mean operation time was(44.13±13.58)min,the mean intraoperative bleeding was(18.07±5.58)m L,the mean indwelling cathefer time was(2.97±1.29)d,the mean bladder flushing time was(3.17±2.52)h,the mean postoperative hospital stay was(2.28±1.26)d,and the incidence of complications was 4.92%;after treatment,the IPSS score,QOL score,Q-max and PVR were significantly better than those before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The 1470 nm laser treatment scheme had definite effect in high-risk prostatic hyperplasia,less trauma to patients,low risk of complications and high safety.It could be extended and applied in clinical treatment.
