髂内动脉结扎联合宫腔球囊填塞治疗产后出血病例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨略内动脉结扎联合宫腔球囊填塞在难治性产后出血中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析2019年1月至2021年12月成都市龙泉驿区第一人民医院因难治性产后出血行内动脉结扎联合宫腔球囊填塞的病例,探讨其治疗产后出血的效果。结果6例患者采用双侧内动脉结扎联合宫腔球囊填塞止血均成功保留子宫。结论内动脉结扎联合宫腔球囊填塞在难治性产后出血中可以挽救产妇的生命,并保留患者的生育能力。Objective To investigate the application value of internal iliac artery ligation combined with uterine balloon tamponade in refractory postpartum hemorrhage.Methods The cases of internal iliac artery ligation combined with uterine balloon tamponade due to refractory postpartum hemorrhage in First People's Hospital of Longquanyi District of Chengdu from January 2019 to December 2021 were analyzed,and the clinical significance of this protocol in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage was discussed.Results The uterus was successfully preserved in 6 cases by bilateral internal iliac artery ligation combined with uterine balloon tamponade.Conclusion Ligation of internal iliac artery combined with uterine balloon tamponade can save the life and preserve the fertility of patients in refractory postpartum hemorrhage.
