摘  要:以红花檵木为试材,采用模拟酸雨胁迫的方法,研究了叶面喷施不同浓度水杨酸(SA)对红花檵木在酸雨胁迫下的生理响应,以期为提高红花檵木在酸雨胁迫下的耐受能力提供参考依据。结果表明:酸雨胁迫下,红花檵木叶片膜脂过氧化程度加剧、渗透调节能力下降,色素物质含量降低,而一定浓度的SA能够明显提高酸雨胁迫下红花檵木叶片渗透调节能力,降低氧自由基产生速率和丙二醛(MDA)积累量,缓解了酸雨胁迫对红花檵木的损伤,提高了叶绿素(Chl)、类胡萝卜素(Car)、花青素苷和其它酚类物质含量,增强了其对酸雨胁迫的耐受能力,并保持较高的观赏性,其中以0.4 mmol·L^(-1)SA效果最好,而1.6 mmol·L^(-1)SA促进作用被减弱。Taking Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum as test material,selection of methods to simulate acid rain stress,the physiological responses of foliar sprays with different concentrations of salicylic acid(SA)to acid rain stress in Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum were investigated,in order to provide reference for improving the tolerance ability of Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum under acid rain stress.The results showed that,intensification of membrane lipid peroxidation in the leaves of Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum under acid rain stress,decreased osmoregulatory capacity and reduced content of pigmented substances,and a certain concentration of SA could significantly improve the osmoregulatory ability of the leaves of Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum under acid rain stress,reduce oxygen radical production rate and malondialdehyde(MDA)accumulation,mitigation of acid rain stress damage to Loropetalum chinense var.rubrum,increase chlorophyll(Chl),carotenoid(Car),anthocyanin glycosides and other phenolic contents,enhance its tolerance to acid rain stress and maintain a high level of ornamental quality,among them,O.4 mmol·L^(-1)SA was the most effective,while the promotion effect of 1.6 mmol·L^(-1)SA was diminished.
