摘　　要：通过对高速大功率柴油机连杆机械加工和检验过程中出现的问题进行分析,针对性地制定改善方案进行验证,确定了导致该问题发生的原因,分析验证的过程中梳理了影响连杆大端孔椭圆度的多种因素,并提出了改善建议。Through the analysis of its mechanical processing and inspection process,a targeted improvement plan was developed for verification,the causes of the problem were identified,and various factors affecting the ovalness of the big end hole of the connecting rod were sorted out in the process of analysis and verification,and suggestions were made to improve the problem.
