润滑剂改善柴油机缸盖与螺栓结合面接触性能的研究

摘  要:针对缸盖与螺栓重复安装存在的结合面损伤问题,选用乐泰8008 C5-A铜基高温抗咬合剂、道康宁G-N plus paste和R P-4652D润滑油三种润滑剂,按照相同的缸盖螺栓安装工艺进行了安装,比较分析了三种润滑剂对于结合面性能情况的影响。结果表明,道康宁G-N pluspaste具有最好的抗接触损伤性能,二氧化钼能发挥减磨作用;乐泰8008 C5-A铜基高温抗咬合剂的效果最差,运动黏度大、附着性差,不能很好地附着结合面,润滑剂起不到润滑作用;RP-4652D润滑油间于二者之间,在没有道康宁G-N pluspaste的情况下,也可作为一种选择。In view of the joint surface damage existing in the repeated installation of cylinder head and bolts,Loctite 8008 C5-A copper based high-temperature anti-seize agent,DowCorning G-N plus paste and RP-4652D lubricants were selected to install according to the same cylinder head bolt installation process,and the performance of three lubricants on the joint surface was compared and analyzed.The results show that DowCorning G-N plus paste has the best contact performance and molybdenum dioxide can play an anti-wear role.Loctite 8008 C5-A copper based high-temperature anti-seize agent has the worst effect.It cannot adhere to the joint surface well and the lubricant cannot play the role of lubrication due to high kinematic viscosity and poor adhesion.RP-4652D lubricating oil is better than Loctite 8008 C5-A copper based high-temperature anti-seize agent,but worse than DowCorning G-N plus paste,which can also be used as an option of lubrication.
