摘　　要：热风喷枪是一种有效修复沥青路面病害的小型设备。根据实测数据进行沥青路面加热过程的热平衡计算,得出空气压缩机以及液化石油气汽化器的设备能力,选取合适的设备作为预混合燃烧的燃料及空气输送装置。通过设计两种不同的混合室模型,利用数值模拟软件对混合过程的速度分布规律进行模拟,从而选取相对理想的模型,为热风喷枪预混合系统性能改进提出了方向。A hot air gun is a small device for effective repair of asphalt pavement distress.The heat balance calculation of the asphalt pavement heating process was carried out based on the measured data,the equipment capacity of the air compressor as well as the liquefied petroleum gas vaporizer was derived,and the appropriate equipment was selected as the fuel and air delivery device for premixed combustion.By designing two different models of the mixing chamber and using numerical simulation software to simulate the velocity distribution pattern of the mixing process,a relatively ideal model is selected and a direction is proposed for improving the performance of the hot air lance premixing system.
