摘 要:通过对当前新能源电池箱体的分析,提出将碳纤维复合材料用于当前主流电池箱体的理论性方法。应用当前的碳纤维复合材料的主流成型技术,对箱体进行顺序性铺贴,通过实验,不断改变碳纤维片的不同铺设角度及电池组箱体的加强筋结构。在经过结构、箱体耐撞程度的综合性分析表明,在采用相同尺寸及构造的情况下,相比较于当前主流的铝板冲压电池箱,碳纤维复合材料电池箱的强度提高,并且在整体的质量上有了明显的降低。Through the analysis of current new energy battery boxes,a theoretical method for using carbon fiber composite materials for mainstream battery boxes is proposed.Apply the mainstream molding technology of current carbon fiber composite materials to sequentially lay the box,and continuously change the different laying angles of carbon fiber sheets and the reinforcing rib structure of the battery pack box through experiments.After a comprehensive analysis of the structure and crashworthiness of the box,it was found that,with the same size and construction,the strength of the carbon fiber composite battery box was improved compared to the current mainstream aluminum sheet stamping battery box,and the overall weight was significantly reduced.
