摘 要:针对矿井主排水泵运行效率偏低且易出现汽蚀现象,严重影响使用寿命的问题,提出了一种可通过为主排水泵串联前置泵采用压入式补水的控制方案,且对前置泵进行变频控制,确保了排水系统工作于高效区内,取得了较好的应用效果。经试验对比发现,应用该技术后进一步提高了主排水泵运行效率,减轻了主排水泵的汽蚀现象,前置泵的变频控制进一步确保了主排水系统的压力可调,促进了矿井排水系统的节能增效。Aiming at the problem of low operating efficiency of mine main drainage pump and the tendency of cavitation,which seriously affects the service life,a control scheme of press-in water replenishment by connecting the main drainage pump in series with the front pump is proposed,and the front pump is frequency-controlled to ensure that the drainage system works in the high-efficiency zone,which has achieved a good application effect.The application of this technology has further improved the operating eficiency of the main drainage pump and reduced the cavitation of the main drainage pump.The frequency control of the front pump further ensures the adjustable pressure of the main drainage system and promotes the energy saving and efficiency of the mine drainage system.
