摘　　要：压滤机作为固液相分离的关键核心设备,其结构参数和操作工艺参数对最终的过滤效果有着直接的影响。为提升压滤机过滤效果,在对压滤机基本结构研究的基础上,建立其数值模拟仿真模型并完成网格划分、边界条件设置等;重点对孔隙率、进料压力和浓度对过滤效果的影响展开研究,为后续优化压滤机的应用奠定基础。As the key core equipment for solid-liquid phase separation,the structural parameters and operating parameters of the filter press have a direct influence on the final filtration effect.The study focuses on the effects of porosity,feed pressure and concentration on the filtration effect,and lays the foundation for the subsequent application of the optimized filter press.
