摘  要:设计开发了一套基于磁力检测法的磁滞回线检测装置,进行了检测装置的原理研究和元器件的选型分析,完成了检测装置的搭建和板状试样的测试。结果表明,该装置在不同外加磁场激励和应力状态下可以测定板状试样的磁滞回线,且测量数据稳定,从而实现对铁磁材料磁特性参数的分析。A hysteresis line detection device based on the magnetic detection method was designed and developed.The principle of the device and the selection of components were studied,and the construction of the device and the testing of the plate specimens were completed.The results show that the device can determine the hysteresis line of the plate specimen under different applied magnetic field excitation and stress conditions,and the measurement data are stable,thus realizing the analysis of the magnetic properties of ferromagnetic materials.
