摘　　要：应用ANSYS有限元软件对桁架梁结构进行了动态模态分析,结果表明,该结构在刚性、强度上均有一定的剩余,且存在较大的优化空间。采用ANSYS的结构优化模块对其结构进行了优化,使整个桁架梁结构的质量有一定下降,在达到使用需求的同时,减少了产品的质量,降低了生产成本。ANSYS finite element software was applied to the dynamic modal analysis of the frame beam structure,and the results showed that the structure has certain residual in rigidity and strength,and there is more room for optimization.The structural optimisation module of ANSYS was used to optimise the structure so that the mass of the whole truss beam structure was reduced to a certain extent,which reduced the quality of the product and lowered the production cost while meeting the usage requirements.
