摘 要:为解决传统高频振动筛在实际应用中侧板裂开以及底座振动严重导致振动梁断裂的问题,结合振动筛设计规范和实践生产需求确定了高频振动筛的运动学参数,其为振动筛优化的基础;重点对振动筛的侧板和底座进行优化设计,并对优化振动筛的相关力学方面进行仿真分析,验证了振动筛优化的效果。In order to solve the problem of cracked side plates and serious vibration of the base leading to fracture of the vibrating beam in the practical application of traditional high frequency vibrating screens.The kinematic parameters of the high frequency vibrating screen are determined in combination with the design specifications of the vibrating screen and the practical production requirements,which are the basis for the optimisation of the vibrating screen;the focus is on the optimised design of the side plate and base of the vibrating screen,and the mechanics of the optimised vibrating screen is simulated and analysed to verify the effect of the optimisation of the vibrating screen.
