摘  要:以筒壳厚度、加强环长度和厚度为优化对象,利用Ansys软件对结构进行优化改进。优化后的结构尺寸均有了不同程度的降低,使得滚筒整体质量降低了22.14%。将优化后的传动滚筒应用到带式输送机工程实践中,经现场应用发现达到了预期效果,创造了良好的经济效益。The thickness of the cylinder shell,the length and thickness of the reinforcement ring were taken as the optimization objects,and the structure was optimized and improved by using Ansys software.The optimised structure dimensions were all reduced to varying degrees,resulting in an overall weight reduction of 22.14%in the drum.The optimised drive pulleys were applied to the belt conveyor in engineering practice and were found to achieve the expected results and create good economic benefits after field application.
