摘 要:以2JK/A-5型煤矿提升机卷筒装置的辐板结构为研究对象,在对卷筒装置及辐板结构进行概述的基础上,利用UG和Ansys软件构建了辐板的受力分析模型。结果发现,辐板结构开孔边缘部位存在明显的应力集中现象,且为循环周期载荷,容易出现塑性损伤最终导致结构损坏。利用单因素变量法研究了开孔形状、开孔位置以及开孔数量对辐板应力最大值的影响规律,结合实际情况确定的开孔形状为圆形、开孔位置为1 600 mm、开孔数量为6个,以上结构参数可以降低辐板的最大应力值,提升结构件的运行稳定性,延长使用寿命。The spoke plate structure of 2JK/A-5 coal mine hoist reel device was studied,and the stress analysis model of the spoke plate was constructed by using UG and Ansys software based on the overview of the reel device and the spoke plate structure.It is found that there is obvious stress concentration at the edge of the open hole of the spoke plate structure,and it is cyclic cyclic load,which is easy to have plastic damage and eventually lead to structural damage.The influence law of opening shape,opening position and number of openings on the maximum stress value of the spoke plate is studied by the single-factor variable method,and the opening shape is round,the opening position is 1600 mm and the number of openings is 6.
