摘 要:针对潞安化工集团某矿S1301工作面回风巷原支护方案不能很好地控制巷道围岩变形的问题,以原支护方案为基础进行了改进优化,并对优化后的支护方案进行了数值模拟分析与现场试验。模拟结果表明,应用优化后的支护方案后,巷道顶板平均支护应力提高0.07 MPa,两帮平均支护应力提高0.22 MPa;经实际监测发现,应用优化后的支护方案后,巷道顶板移近量由原来的358.6 mm减小为33.6 mm,两帮变形量由原来的465.7 mm减小到了11.6 mm,新支护方案能有效控制围岩变形,取得了较好的应用效果,可为类似工况下的巷道变形控制提供参考。In view of the deficiencies of the original support scheme of S1301 working face return wind lane in a mine of Lu'an Chemical Group,the original support scheme was improved and optimized on the basis of the original support scheme,and the optimized support scheme was analyzed by numerical simulation and field test,the simulation results showed that after applying the optimized support scheme,the average support stress of the roof of the roadway increased by O.07 MPa and the average support stress of the two gangs increased by O.22 MPa.The simulation results show that after applying the optimized support scheme,the average support stress of the roadway roof is increased by 0.07 MPa,and the average support stress of the two gangs is increased by 0.22 MPa,and after the actual monitoring,it is found that after applying the optimized support scheme,the amount of the roadway roof shift is reduced from 358.6 mm to 33.6 mm,and the deformation of the two gangs is reduced from 465.7 mm to 11.6 mm.The new support scheme can effectively control the surrounding rock deformation and achieve good application results,which can provide reference for the control of roadway deformation under similar working conditions.
