摘  要:围绕矿用空压机智能联控系统的整体结构进行分析讨论,并提出该系统的工作原理与运行模式,确保矿用空压机能够减少能源消耗,满足矿山生产需求。充分运用PLC控制器实现空压机的集中控制与设备故障诊断,在保证矿山得到稳定运营的基础上,减少成本消耗。The overall structure of the intelligent joint control system for mining air compressors is analyzed and discussed,and the working principle and operation mode of the system are proposed to ensure that mining air compressors can reduce energy consumption and meet the production needs of the mine,and PLC controllers are fully used to realize centralized control of air compressors and equipment fault diagnosis,so as to reduce cost consumption on the basis of ensuring stable operation of the mine.
