摘 要:为解决压缩机的喘振问题导致煤气系统压力、流量等参数出现较大的波动,进而影响煤气系统的可靠性和安全性,在对煤气压缩机喘振现象发生原因分析的基础上,从理论层面提出了解决压缩机喘振现象的主要方法,并结合压缩机的实际工况提出了压缩机在不同工况点对应的防喘策略,为今后防喘措施的具体应用奠定理论基础。In order to solve the problem of gas system pressure and flow rate fluctuations caused by the wheezing of compressor,which affects the reliability and safety of gas system.On the basis of the analysis of the causes of gas compressor wheezing,the main methods to solve the phenomenon of compressor wheezing are proposed from the theoretical level,and the actual working conditions of the compressor are combined with the corresponding anti-surge strategies of the compressor in different working conditions,which lay the theoretical foundation for the specific application of anti-surge measures in the future.
