摘 要:动旋转设备是钢铁企业中应用最广的关键设备,目前振动分析是动旋转设备监测的最优手段之一,随着数字化时代的到来,监测平台采集的振动信号呈指数增长。将钢铁企业动旋转设备按运行工况分为恒速恒载设备和变速变载设备,根据工况和工作环境等要求选择不同振动传感器建立多轨制采集策略,兼顾技术和经济性最优化配置测量定义,开发智能采集策略,实现精准捕捉设备异常振动信号,最大程度避免无效数据采集,提升设备监测质量和效率。Dynamic rotating equipment is the most widely used key equipment in iron and steel enterprises.At present,vibration analysis is one of the optimal means to monitor dynamic rotating equipment,and with the arrival of the digital era,the vibration signals collected by the monitoring platform are growing exponentially.According to the operating conditions of the steel enterprises,the dynamic rotating equipment is divided into constant speed and constant load equipment and variable speed and variable load equipment,different vibration sensors are selected according to the requirements of the operating conditions and working environment,a multi-track acquisition strategy is established,the measurement definition is optimally configured taking into account the technical and economic aspects,and an intelligent acquisition strategy is developed to achieve accurate capture of abnormal vibration signals of the equipment,avoid invalid data collection to the greatest extent,and improve the quality and efficiency of equipment monitoring.
