摘 要:为提升井下压风质量并降低压风能耗,将远程智能控制技术应用到压风机运行控制中。根据压风系统现有情况,从增加控制模块、监测传感器、通信系统及恒压供风系统等实现压风机组远程智能化控制,并对远程智能化控制关键技术及应用效果等进行分析。现场应用后,可实现压风机组运行实时监测及远程智能化控制,不仅可提高压风机组运行效率、可靠性及压风质量,而且在一定程度上可降低电能消耗及人力资源成本,取得一定的经济及安全效益。In order to improve the quality of underground pressurized air and reduce the energy consumption of pressurized air,remote intlligent control technology is applied to the operation control of pressurized air fans.According to the existing situation of the pressurized air system,remote intelligent control of the pressurized air unit is realized from adding control module,monitoring sensor,communication system and constant pressure air supply system,etc.The key technologies of remote intelligent control and application effects are analyzed.After the field application,the real-time monitoring and remote intelligent control of the pressurized air unit operation can be realized,which can not only improve the operation efficiency,reliability and pressurized air quality of the pressurized air unit,but also reduce the power consumption and human resources cost to a certain extent,and achieve certain economic and safety benefits.
