摘 要:为提高综放工作面回采巷道超前支护段支护效率,减低劳动强度,提出将主动支护技术应用到回采巷道超前支护中。以山西某矿3302综放工作面回采巷道为研究对象,通过主动支护可提高综放工作面超前支护段顶板岩体整体稳定性及承载能力,降低采动作用下顶板下沉量;同时单体支柱辅助支护,可提高支护体系护表强度,避免顶板垮落。现场应用后,3302综放工作面回采巷道超前支护段围岩变形量较小,不会影响巷道正常使用,取得较好应用成果。In order to improve the efficiency and reduce the labour intensity of the over-supporting section of the over-supporting section of the back-mining roadway at the comprehensive discharge working face,the active support technology is proposed to be applied to the over-supporting of the back-mining roadway.The active support can improve the overall stability and load-bearing capacity of the roof slab in the overrun section of the overrun section of the workface,and reduce the sinking of the roof slab under the action of mining;at the same time,the single pillar auxiliary support can improve the strength of the support system and avoid the collapse of the roof slab.After the field application,the deformation of the surrounding rock in the over-supported section of the back-mining lane of 3302 comprehensive workface is small,which will not affect the normal use of the lane and achieve better application results.
