摘 要:选煤厂生产浮选精煤、重介精煤含水率,黏度等均存在一定差异,导致浮选精煤、重介精煤掺混不均衡,给精煤产品品质质量带来一定影响。选煤厂结合现场情况以及精煤浮选、运输溜槽布置情况,提出用煤泥破碎机实现重介精煤及浮选精煤掺混,并给出布置方案、分析应用效果。现场应用后,实现了精煤产品均值化,精煤品质稳定性得以显著提升。There are certain differences in the water content and viscosity of flotation and heavy-duty coal concentrates produced in the coal preparation plant,which leads to uneven blending of flotation and heavy-duty coal concentrates and brings certain impact on the quality of coal concentrates.The coal processing plant combined with the site situation and the arrangement of the fine coal flotation and transportation chute,proposed to use the coal slurry crusher to achieve the blending of heavy-duty fine coal and flotation fine coal,and gave the arrangement plan and analysis of the application effect.Afer application on site,the coal concentrate product was homogenised and the stability of the coal concentrate quality was significantly improved.
