摘  要:针对表面贴装式永磁同步电机(SPMSM)的无位置传感器控制系统,提出一种基于自适应脉宽调制(PWM)扩展的SPMSM怠速启动策略。首先将PWM周期分为零电压矢量作用时间和关断间隔时间,通过构建以定子电流矢量幅值为反馈的闭环控制器,实现了零电压矢量间隔时间的自适应扩展,从而避免短路电流过大的潜在风险。然后推导了非断续电流模式下的单点电流采样的位置估算式,从而仅利用三角载波的波峰和波谷时刻的采样电流即可估算出转子位置和转子转速。此外,借助微处理器的连续电流采样模式,准确获取零电压矢量作用下的电流变化,从而提高了转子位置和转速的估算精确度。最后结合矢量控制算法实现了SPMSM怠速滑行时快速、稳定的再启动控制,并在5.5 kW的SPMSM实验平台上验证了所提策略的有效性和可行性。For the sensorless control system of surface-mounted permanent magnet synchronous machines(SPMSM),a SPMSM restart control strategy based on adaptive pulse-width modulation(PWM)exten-sion was proposed.Firstly,the PWM cycle was divided into zero-voltage vector action time and its turn-off interval time.By building a closed-loop controller with the stator current vector amplitude as feed-back,the zero-voltage vector interval time can be extended adaptively,so as to avoid the potential risk of excessive short-circuit current.Then,the position estimation formula of single point current sampling in the non-discontinuous current mode was derived,so that the rotor position and speed can be estimated on-ly by using the sampling current at the peak and trough of the triangular carrier.In addition,with the help of the continuous current sampling mode of microprocessor,the current variation under the action of zero voltage vector was obtained accurately,so as to improve the estimation accuracy of rotor position and speed.Finally,the vector control algorithm was used to realize the fast and stable restart control of SPMSM in the rotating condition.Effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed strategy are verified by the experiments on a 5.5 kW SPMSM experimental platform.
