摘 要:针对大功率强电磁设备中负载状态随时间变化的超级电容储能柜,提出了一种时变负载电磁兼容(EMC)模型的建模方法,用于解决其EMC模型的高精确度建模问题,进而用于预测大功率强电磁设备短时工作状态下的瞬态传导电磁干扰。首先,依据超级电容直流充电过程中的时变负载特性,提出了一种时变负载EMC模型的建模方法,并给出了模型中各参数的具体求解方法。其次,考虑到超级电容储能柜的拓扑结构,给出了基于超级电容单体参数的储能柜时变负载EMC模型的外推建模方法。随后,针对储能柜的充电方式进行建模研究,设计了一种可以实现恒压、恒流充电以及充电方式灵活切换的控制策略。最终,将超级电容完整的EMC模型应用于DC-DC变换器传导电磁干扰建模预测中。通过与实测数据进行对比,主要干扰频点处误差在5 dB以内,进一步验证了超级电容时变EMC模型建模方法的正确性和有效性。Aiming at the supercapacitor energy storage cabinet with the load state changing with time in high-power strong electromagnetic equipment,a modeling method of time-varying load electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)model was proposed,which was used to solve the high-precision modeling problem of its EMC model,and then used to predict the transient conduction electromagnetic interference of high-power and strong electromagnetic equipment.Firstly,according to the time-varying load characteristics of the supercapacitor DC charging process,a modeling method of time-varying load EMC model was pro-posed,and the specific calculation method of each parameter in the model was given.Secondly,consid-ering the topology of supercapacitor energy storage cabinet,an extrapolation modeling method of time-var-ying load EMC model of energy storage cabinet based on supercapacitor monomer parameters was given.Subsequently,the charging mode of the energy storage cabinet was modeled and studied,and a control strategy that can realize constant voltage,constant current charging and flexible switching between these two charging methods was designed.Finally,the complete EMC model of supercapacitor was applied to the modeling and prediction of conducted electromagnetic interference in DC-DC converter,and the error at the main interference frequency is less than 5 dB by comparing with the measured data,which further verifies correctness and effectiveness of the time-varying EMC model modeling method of supercapacitor.
