摘 要:针对双三相永磁同步电机驱动系统中共模电压较大的问题,提出了一种新型空间矢量脉宽调制方法。首先分析了双三相驱动系统中5次谐波电流和共模电压产生的原因;其次利用相邻三大矢量来合成虚拟电压矢量,减少5次谐波电流的产生。虚拟电压矢量和等效零电压矢量来合成参考电压矢量,所提方法将共模电压的幅值降低至直流母线电压的1/6,有效减少了轴电流的产生。同时,通过优化电压矢量的作用顺序,使得在一个开关周期内每一相的开关器件只改变两次,将不固定的状态(0或1)设计在每个开关周期的边界,DSP等数字实现较为容易。最后,通过与相邻两矢量SVPWM算法、最大四矢量SVPWM算法进行比较实验,证明了所提方法的有效性和可行性。For the problem of large common-mode voltage(CMV)in the drive system of dual three-phase permanent magnet synchronous motor(DT-PMSM),a novel space vector pulse width modulation method(N-SVPWM)was proposed.Firstly,the causes of the fifth harmonic current and common mode voltage in the DT-PMSM drive system were analyzed.Secondly,three adjacent vectors were used to synthesize virtual voltage vectors to reduce the generation of fifth harmonic current.The virtual voltage vector and equivalent zero voltage vector were introduced to synthesize the reference voltage vector.The proposed method reduces the amplitude of the common-mode voltage to 1/6 of the DC bus voltage,effectively reducing the motor shaft current.At the same time,the proposed method also optimizes the action sequence of voltage vectors so that the switching devices of each phase change only twice in a switching cycle.The unfixed state(0 or 1)was designed at the boundary of each switching cycle,thus DSP and other digital implementation is easy.Effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method are verified by comparison with the adjacent two-vector SVPWM(NTV-SVPWM)and the maximum four-vector SVPWM(MFVSVPWM).
