温阳养心汤治疗冠心病慢性稳定性心绞痛阳虚血瘀型60例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察温阳养心汤治疗慢性稳定性心绞痛阳虚血瘀型患者的临床疗效。方法:选取黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院门诊的慢性稳定性心绞痛阳虚血瘀型患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组采用西医常规治疗,治疗组在此基础上加服温阳养心汤,疗程4周。观察两组治疗前后心绞痛总疗效、症状疗效积分、中医证候疗效积分、硝酸甘油服用量、SAQ评分的变化情况。结果:治疗组稳定性心绞痛疗效总有效率为92.86%(26/28),对照组总有效率为82.76%(24/29),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。温阳养心汤联合西医常规对症治疗在改善冠心病稳定性心绞痛症状疗效积分(发作次数、持续时间、疼痛程度),中医证候疗效积分(胸闷、胸痛、心悸、气短、畏寒肢冷),硝酸甘油服用量,心电图疗效,血脂指标(HDL-C、LDL-C、TC、TG),SAQ评分等方面皆优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:温阳养心汤可显著提高冠心病稳定性心绞痛阳虚血瘀型患者的临床总有效率,并降低临床症状评分,提高生存质量,值得临床上广泛推广应用。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenyang Yangxin Decoction in treatment of chronic stable angina pectoris of Yang deficiency and blood stasis.Methods:60 patients with chronic stable angina pectoris of Yang deficiency and blood stasis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with routine Western medication;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with Wenyang Yangxin Decoction for 4 weeks.Total curative effect,symptom curative effect,TCM syndrome curative effect,amount of nitroglycerin taken,and change of SAQ score were observed before and after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 92.86%(26/28)in the treatment group,which was significantly higher than 82.76%(24/29)in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment group was superior to the control group in improving the number of attacks,duration,pain degree,chest tightness,chest pain,palpitation,shortness of breath,chilliness,cold limbs,nitroglycerin consumption,ECG effect,HDL-C,LDL-C,TC,TG and SAQ score(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenyang Yangxin Decoction can significantly improve the clinical total effective rate of stable angina pectoris of Yang deficiency and blood stasis,reduce the clinical symptom score,and improve the quality of life,which is worthy of extensive clinical application.
