温滋解毒法辨治胆系恶性肿瘤经验

摘　　要：胆系恶性肿瘤中的胆囊癌、胆管癌属于临床难治性肿瘤,放疗、化疗等疗效不肯定,临床治疗颇为棘手,严重危害着人类的生命健康及生活质量。临床实践表明中医药是恶性肿瘤综合治疗的重要组成部分,在胆系恶性肿瘤的治疗中也取得较好疗效,诸多中医临床大家均提出了多种不同的辨治胆系肿瘤的理论与法则,重视扶正祛邪、固本培元、疏理气机、健脾益气、化痰解毒等多种治法的运用。吾师(周红光老师)出身中医世家,从事临床、教学、科研近20年,长期不断探索,临证之中创新性提出“温滋解毒法”辨治恶性肿瘤,其指温法、滋法和解毒法三法同用,是中医辨治恶性肿瘤的重要治法。本文结合临床案例一则,探讨温滋解毒法在胆系恶性肿瘤治疗中的具体运用,以供学习。Gallbladder cancer and cholangiocarcinoma are clinically refractory tumors among biliary malignant tumors,and the curative effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy for them are uncertain,therefore the clinical treatment is quite difficult,which seriously endangers health and life quality of human beings.Clinical practice shows that TCM is an important part of the comprehensive treatment of malignant tumors,and it has achieved good results in treatment of biliary malignant tumors.Many TCM clinical practitioners have put forward a variety of different theories and rules for the diagnosis and treatment of biliary tumors.A variety of treatment methods,including strengthening vital-Qi and dispelling evil-Qi,solidifying foundation and reinforcing origin,regulating Qi movement,invigorating Spleen and replenishing Qi,as well as resolving phlegm and removing toxins,should be paid attention to in clinical practice.My tutor was born in a TCM family and has been engaged in clinical practice,teaching and scientific researches for nearly 20 years.He has been exploring for a long time and innovatively put forward the method of‘warming,nourishing and detoxifying’in clinical diagnosis and treatment of malignant tumor,which refers to the simultaneous use of warming method,nourishing method and detoxifying method.It is an important method for the differential treatment of malignant tumor.Combined with a clinical case,this study discussed the specific application of warming,nourishing and detoxifying method in treatment of biliary malignant tumor to share with the peers.
