摘　　要：锦灯笼是茄科植物酸浆Physalis alkekengi L.var.franchetii(Mast.)Makino的干燥果实,又名红菇娘、酸浆、灯笼果等,为药食同源中药。研究表明,锦灯笼具有抗菌、抗炎、镇痛、强心、降血糖、降血脂、抗氧化、抗肿瘤等现代药理活性。本文综述了近年来锦灯笼活性成分的药理作用及作用机制的研究进展,旨在为锦灯笼的临床应用及进一步新药研发奠定基础。Jindenglong(Calyx seu fructus physalis)is the dried fruit of Physalis alkekengi L.var.franchetii(Mast.)Makino,a plant in the solanaceae family.The medicinal is also known as red mushroom girl,sour syrup,lantern fruit,etc.,and is a Chinese medicine which can be used as medicine and food.Research has shown that calyx seu fructus physalis has modern pharmacological activities,such as antibacterial,anti-inflammatory,analgesic,cardiotonic,blood sugar and lipid reducing,antioxidant,anti-tumor.This article reviews the recent advances in the pharmacological studies of the active ingredients of calyx seu fructus physalis,aiming to lay a foundation for its clinical application and further research and development of new drugs.
