摘 要:对7xxx系铝合金进行挤压后的自然时效和80℃、100℃、120℃、140℃的预时效处理,以及停放120 d后进行双级时效处理,研究不同预时效制度和停放时间对7xxx系铝合金组织、力学和弯曲性能的影响。结果表明,预时效后,仅温度为120℃、140℃所得的强度低于T4态,且120℃和140℃强度相差不大。在后期的弯曲性能测试中,预时效温度为120℃的弯曲回弹角度最小,在停放90 d~120 d周期内的回弹角极差最小。经双级时效处理后,预时效温度120℃且停放120 d的金相组织中析出相数量多且细小均匀,得到的双级人工时效强度最高,屈服强度为310 MPa,抗拉强度为355 MPa。In this paper,7xxx series aluminum alloy is subjected to natural aging after extrusion,pre-aging treatment at 80,100,120 and 140℃,and double-stage aging treatment after 120 days of storage.The effects of different pre-aging systems and storage time on the microstructure,mechanics and bending properties of 7xxx series aluminum alloy are studied.The results show that after pre-aging,the strength obtained at 120℃and 140℃is lower than that in T4 state,and there is little difference between 120℃and 140℃.In the later bending performance test,the bending springback angle with pre-aging temperature of 120℃is the smallest,and the range of springback angle is the smallest in the period of 90~120 days.After two-stage aging treatment,the metallographic structure with pre-aging temperature of 120℃and storage for 120 days has a large number of fine and uniform precipitates.The two-stage artificial aging strength is the highest,with yield strength of 310mpa and tensile strength of 355MPa.
