摘 要:本课题分析了化学机械浆废水厌氧-好氧-深度处理的传统工艺在稳定运行方面面临的挑战,以及化学机械浆高浓废水零排放工艺应用存在问题,提出了一种化学机械浆高浓废水经济性处理工艺,并对工艺实践中的注意事项、效益进行了总结。结果表明,化学机械浆高浓废水经该经济性处理工艺处理后,某企业可节约1147万元/a。The faced challenges of traditional process of anaerobic-aerobic-depth treatment of chemical-mechanical pulp wastewater in stable operation were analyzed in this paper,as well as the problems that existed in the application of the zero-discharge process for chemical-mechanical pulp high concentration wastewater.An economic treatment process of high concentration wastewater from chemical-mechanical pulp was proposed,and the considerations and benefits in process practice were summarized.The results showed that the company could save 11.47 million yuan/a after the high concentration wastewater from chemieal-mechanical pulp treated by economie treatenent process.
