摘　　要：目的 设计基于微信小程序的医疗设备技术保障平台,并建立完善的医疗设备维修管理制度,以提升医疗设备技术保障环节的精细化水平和临床满意度。方法 通过固定资产条码管理、报修流程优化,以及由PC端和微信小程序端组成的技术保障平台建设,实现医疗设备报修、响应、维修验收、效果评价及统计分析全过程化、全流程化闭环管理。结果 平台应用后,所有医疗设备完好率、生命支持设备完好率、每台设备维修所需时间、维修档案完整率、临床满意度均较平台应用前有了显著提升(P<0.05)。结论 医疗设备技术保障精细化管理的应用进一步提高了医院医疗设备维修和管理水平,切实保障了医疗设备的正常运转,提高了设备使用效率。Objective To design a medical equipment technology support platform based on WeChat mini program and establish a sound medical equipment maintenance management system,to improve the refinement level of medical equipment technical support and clinical satisfaction.Methods Through the bar code management of fixed assets,the optimization of repair process and construction of technical support platform composed of PC and WeChat mini program terminals,the whole process and full-process closed-loop management of medical equipment repair,response,maintenance acceptance,effect evaluation and statistical analysis were realized.Results After the application of the platform,the integrity rate of all medical equipment,the integrity rate of life support equipment,the maintenance time of each equipment,the integrity rate of maintenance files,and clinical satisfaction were significantly improved compared with that before the application of the platform(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the fine management of medical equipment technical support further improves the maintenance and management level of medical equipment in the hospital,guarantees the normal operation of medical equipment effectively,and improves the use efficiency of equipment.
