摘　　要：目的 理清国内外智慧医院领域的研究历程,呈现该领域当前研究热点,分析研究思路,展望发展趋势,以更好地呈现该领域的研究路径。方法 以2009—2021年国外Web of Science核心数据库和国内知网收录的智慧医院相关文献为研究对象,采用CiteSpace对国内外研究进展、研究热点及态势分析进行可视化知识图谱比较。结果 智慧医院研究领域国内外发文量逐年递增,且与其他领域融合紧密,构成了以智慧医院为主题,人工智能、智慧医疗和智慧服务等子领域为分支的研究脉络;国外机构和作者形成多个核心群,国内研究机构和作者较少且联系松散;智慧医院热点关键词形式多元化、多维度,内容丰富,关注热点随着时间推移有较大变化,从电子病历到物联网到医联体再到疫情防控,与国家卫生政策文件的颁布和计算机技术发展有很强的相关性。结论 对智慧医院本质的研究已经趋于完善,但领域探索还未完善,可根据热点变化以卫生政策、技术发展、公共卫生事件和社会问题等角度进行研究切入。Objective To clarify the research history in the field of smart hospitals at home and abroad,present the current research hot spots in this field,analyze research ideas,and look forward to the development trend,so as to better present the research path in this field.Methods Taking the related papers of smart hospitals included in the core Web of Science database abroad and CNKI in China from 2009 to 2021 as the research objects,CiteSpace was used to compare the visual knowledge maps of research progress,research hot spots and situation analysis at home and abroad.Results The number of papers issued in the field of smart hospital research at home and abroad was increased year by year,and they were closely integrated with other fields,formed a research context with smart hospitals as the theme and sub fields such as artificial intelligence,smart medicine and smart services as branches.Foreign institutions and authors formed a number of core groups,while domestic research institutions and authors were few and loosely connected.The hot spots words of smart hospitals were diversified in form,multi-dimensional,and rich in content.The focus has changed greatly over time.From electronic medical records to the Internet of Things to medical consortia to epidemic prevention and control,the hot spots words of smart hospitals had a strong correlation with the health policy documents and computer technology development of the year.Conclusion The research on the essence of smart hospitals has tended to be perfect,but the field exploration has not been perfect.It can be conducted from the perspective of health policy,technology development,public health events and social problems according to the changes in hot spots.
