摘 要:随着对伴寰枢椎脱位(Atlantoaxial Dislocation,AAD)的颅底凹陷症(Basilar Invagination,BI)研究的进展,颅底区域的手术进行了较为广泛的应用,但是由于颅底区域结构的复杂性与不易观察性,临床上初次手术失败造成患者病情恶化并不是个例现象。因此,针对此类因初次手术失败而设计的翻修手术越来越受到重视。翻修手术相比初次手术难度更高,操作更加复杂,目前相关文献较少。本文对AAD的BI患者翻修手术相关进展进行综述,从实施翻修手术的原因、手术治疗策略、相关辅助技术及对此类翻修手术的未来展望共4个角度对其进行阐释。With the progress of the research on basilar invagination(BI)with atlantoaxial dislocation(AAD),the surgery of the skull base area has been widely used.Due to the complexity of the structure of the skull base and the difficulty of observing it,the exacerbation of the symptoms caused by the failure of the first operation is not an isolated phenomenon.As a result,the revision surgery for the failed first operation is also receiving more and more attention.Revision surgery is more difficult and complicated than the primary surgery,and there are few relevant literatures.This paper aims to review the progress of revision surgery in BI patients with AAD,and explain it from four perspectives:the reasons for revision surgery,surgical treatment strategies,related assistive technologies,and the future prospects of such revision surgery.
