摘  要:大白菜以叶片作为主要食用器官,叶片深绿色可促进光合作用,有效提高作物产量和品质,叶片深绿色大白菜具有重要的应用和育种价值。本研究以大白菜叶色浅绿野生型WT和叶色深绿突变体dg为材料,通过高分辨率光谱明确突变体dg的叶色深绿表型,利用转录组测序(RNA-seq)分析转录水平上的表达调控网络,结果发现叶色深绿突变体dg中多个参与植物代谢过程和抗逆生理的细胞色素P450单加氧酶基因显著差异表达,同时影响卟啉与叶绿素代谢通路中PPOX,NYC1-1,NYC1-2和光合作用通路中PetH,psbY等光合相关基因的表达,对植物光合系统研究提供了重要材料,为BrFC2基因功能的全面揭示和研究奠定了前期基础。The leaves of Chinese cabbage are the main edible organs.The dark green leaves can promote photosynthesis and effectively improve crop yield and quality.The research of dark green leaves in Chinese cabbage has important application and breeding value.In this study,the light-green leaf of wild type WT plants and the dark-green leaf of dg mutant were compared by high resolution spectrum to verify the dark-green leaf phenotype of the mutant Chinese cabbage.The transcriptional regulatory network was then analyzed using the RNA-seq data.The results showed that cytochrome P450 genes that are involved in metabolic processes and plant stress-resistant physiology were significantly differentially expressed in mutant dg.At the same time,the expression of photosynthesis-related genes were affected including PPOX,NYC1-1,NYC1-2 in porphyrin and chlorophyll metabolism pathway and PetH,psbY in photosynthesis pathway,which provided important materials for the study of plant photosynthetic system and laid a foundation for the comprehensive revelation and study of BrFC2 gene function.
