摘 要:叶片既是大白菜的光合作用器官,也是商品器官。叶色是叶片重要性状,本研究采用多光谱成像系统法,对262份大白菜—甘蓝易位系的叶色进行观测,并与人为目测法、叶绿素测量仪法进行比较、验证,结果表明3种评价方法结果极显著相关(P<0.01)。混淆矩阵分析表明,多光谱成像系统法能够在叶色鉴定上具有较好的稳定性。多光谱成像系统法鉴定值区间范围大,为区分叶色微小差别提供了可能,为大白菜叶色精准、快速评价提供了方法。大白菜—甘蓝易位系群体的叶色遗传多样性和均一度分析表明叶色变异丰富,涵盖了浅黄色、浅绿色、绿色、灰绿色和深绿色等表型,为大白菜新品种选育提供新种质。Leaf is not only the photosynthetic organ of Chinese cabbage,but also the commercial organ.Leaf color is an important character of leaves.In this study,the leaf color of 262 Chinese cabbage—cabbage translocation lines was observed,which were compared and verified by multispectral camera imaging system,chlorophyll meter method and human eye measurement method.The results of above mentioned evaluation methods were significantly related with each other.The confusion matrix analysis showed that the multispectral camera imaging system performed stably in leaf color identification(P<0.01).The identification value of multispectral camera imaging system ranged broadly,which makes it possible to distinguish even small differences in leaf color and also provides a method for accurate and rapid evaluation of leaf color.The genetic diversity and mean value analysis of leaf color of Chinese cabbage-cabbage translocation line showed that the population had a rich leaf color variation,such as light yellow,light green,green,gray green and dark green,which offered new germplasm for the breeding of new Chinese cabbage varieties.
