博落回牛至油凝胶剂对肉鸡生长性能及肠道微生物菌群的影响

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究博落回牛至油凝胶剂对肉鸡生长性能和肠道微生物菌群的影响,选用1日龄健康白羽肉鸡60羽,随机分为4组,每组3个重复,分别饲喂博落回凝胶剂、牛至油凝胶剂、博落回牛至油凝胶剂,分析其对肉鸡生长性能和肠道菌群的影响。结果显示,给药组的日增重均高于对照组,料重比优于对照组,给药组之间,复方药物的日增重高于单方药物组,料重比显著优于单方药物组(P<0.05),单方药物组之间无显著差异(P>0.05)。肠道菌群结果显示,单方药物组主要通过增加菌群多样性来发挥作用,复方药物组主要通过提高乳酸杆菌的相对丰度,减少有害菌群组成来调节肠道菌群功能。综上所述,博落回凝胶剂、牛至油凝胶剂和博落回牛至油凝胶剂均可提高肉鸡的生长性能,调节肠道菌群,其中博落回牛至油凝胶剂优于单药组。The purpose of this research was to study the effects of macleaya ordata oregano oil hydrogel on the growth performance and intestinal microbiota of broilers.60 healthy white broiler chicks at 1 day old were randomly divided into 4 groups with 3 replicates of each group and fed macleaya cordata gel,oregano oil gel,macleaya cordata oregano oil gel and none drug,respectively.The effects of the drugs on the growth performance and intestinal flora of the broilers were analyzed.The results showed higher daily weight gain and feed-to-weight ratio of the drug administration group compared with that of the control group.Among the drug administration groups,the daily weight gain of the compound drug was higher than that of the single drug groups,and the feed-to-weight ratio was significantly better than that of the single drug groups(P<0.05).While there was no significant difference between the two single drug groups.The results of intestinal flora showed that the single drug groups mainly acted by increasing the diversity of flora,while the compound drug mainly regulated the intestinal flora by increasing the relative abundance of Lactobacillus and declining the harmful flora. In conclusion, The preparation of macleaya cordata gel, oregano oil gel and macleaya cordata oregano oil gel can improve the growth performance of broilers and regulate the intestinal flora, among which macleaya cordata oregano oil gel has better effects than the single drug groups.
