摘 要:固体氧化燃料电池(SOFC)是一种可以将化学能转化为电能并且各部分组件均为固态的能量转化装置,因其具有高达80%的转化效率、环境友好以及操作简单快捷等优点,受到了研究者们的青睐.为了SOFC能够长远发展,开发在中低温环境下具有优异电化学性能的阴极材料是重中之重.本文采用静电纺丝法,制备了无钴基双钙钛矿阴极材料PrBa_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Fe_(2)O_(5-δ)(PBSF),并对其晶体结构、形貌特征和电化学性能进行了研究.结果表明,900℃时可以合成具有钙钛矿结构的PrBa_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Fe_(2)O_(5-δ)阴极纤维;以BaZr_(0.1)Ce_(0.7)Y_(0.2)O_(3-δ)(BZCY)为电解质的阳极支撑型单电池,其最大输出功率密度为260 mW/cm 2,单电池极化阻抗为0.18Ω·cm^(2);SEM结果表明,纳米纤维阴极在煅烧前纤维表面连续光滑,而在900℃煅烧后,由于有机物的挥发导致纤维直径变细并出现孔隙.Solid oxide fuel cell(SOFC)is a kind of energy conversion device,which can convert chemical energy into electricity and all components are solid state.It is favored by researchers because of its advantages of up to 80%conversion efficiency,environmental friendliness,simple and fast operation.For the long-term development of SOFC,it is important to develop cathode materials with excellent electrochemical performance at low temperature.In this paper,cobalt-free PrBa_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Fe_(2)O_(5-δ)(PBSF)double perovskite cathode was prepared by electrospinning.The crystal structure,morphology and electrochemical properties of PrBa_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Fe_(2)O_(5-δ)fiber cathode prove that the PrBa_(0.5)Sr_(0.5)Fe_(2)O_(5-δ)fiber cathode can be synthesized at 900℃.With BaZr_(0.1)Ce_(0.7)Y_(0.2)O_(3-δ)(BZCY)as electrolyte,the maximum power density is 260 mW/cm 2,and the polarization impedance is 0.18Ω·cm^(2).SEM results show that the surface of nanofiber cathode is continuously smooth before being calcined,but the diameter of nanofiber becomes thinner and pores appear due to the volatilization of organic matterafter being calcined at 900℃.
