摘  要:通过平衡载流子传输能够实现白色有机电致发光器件的高显色指数、发光光谱稳定.采用红、绿色TADF材料与蓝色荧光材料作为发光染料,通过单一双极性主体、无间隔层的结构设计方式平衡载流子在发光层中的分布,制备了光谱稳定发射、高显色指数和低效率滚降的全荧光白色有机电致发光器件.三基色全荧光器件最大外量子效率9.5%,白色电致发光光谱稳定,在500~10000 cd/m^(2)范围色坐标从(0.37,0.40)变为(0.35,0.39),显色指数一直维持在81.这为实现色稳定、高效率的白色有机电致发光器件提供了一种有效的途径.High color rendering index and stable luminescence spectra can be achieved by balancing carrier transport in white organic light-emitting diodes(WOLEDs).By balancing the distribution of carriers in the emitting layer by means of a single bipolar body and no interlayer,a full-fluorescent WOLEDs with stable emission,high color rendering index and low efficiency roll-off was prepared using red and green TADF materials and blue fluorescent materials as emitting layer.The maximum external quantum efficiency of the tricolor full-fluorescent device is 9.5%,the white EL spectrum is stable,the CIE changes from(0.37,0.40)to(0.35,0.39)in the range of 500 cd/m^(2)to 10000 cd/m^(2)and the CRI remains at 81.The research provides an effective way to achieve color-stable and high-efficiency WOLEDs.
