摘  要:飞机的油箱盖由盖体和手柄组成,该零件的喷漆属于末道漆,对零件的外观质量要求高。零件在加工的过程中出现漆层流挂、外表面有颗粒物、零件加工后有明显砂纸印的质量问题,同时由于该零件外形不规则,喷漆和不喷漆区域的过渡区还存在多喷漆或漏喷漆的现象。本文针对以上质量问题,通过多次工艺实验探索出了相关解决措施,可为类似零件的加工提供借鉴。The fuel tank cover of the aircraft is composed of the cover body and the handle.The painting of this part belongs to the final paint,which requires high appearance quality of the part.During the processing of the parts,there are quality problems such as paint layer sagging,particles on the external surface,and obvious sandpaper marks after part processing.In addition,due to the irregular shape of the part,the transition area between the painted and unpainted areas also has the phenomenon of excessive painting or missing painting.Aiming at the above quality problems,relevant solutions have been explored through many process experiments,which can provide reference for the processing of similar parts.
