摘  要:与使用普通密度水泥浆体系固井的常规CBL测井相比,使用高密度水泥浆体系固井后进行CBMT测井时更易受工程因素影响。为提高电测CBMT固井质量,需要采取措施消除电测CBMT的影响因素,并优化固井措施以提高真实固井质量。结合伊拉克米桑油田实际施工情况,从套管内壁清洁度、微间隙、套管居中度、窜槽、固井顶替效率等方面对电测CBMT固井质量的影响进行分析,并提出相应的提升措施;结果表明,提高套管内壁清洁度、减少微间隙、提高套管居中度、防范固井时窜槽、提高顶替效率等措施,能明显改善高密度水泥浆体系电测CBMT的固井质量。CBMT logging with high-density cement system is more susceptible to engineering factors than conventional CBL logging with normal density cement system.In order to eliminate the adverse effects and improve the cementing quality of electrical CBMT,relevant measures should be taken.Combined with the actual operation of Missan oilfield in Iraq,the influence of the relevant measures on cementing quality of electrical CBMT is analyzed,and then the corresponding improvement measures have been made clear.The results show that the cementing quality of CBMT can be greatly improved by improving the cleanliness of casing wall,reducing micro clearance,increasing casing centralizing degree,preventing channeling during cementing and increasing displacement efficiency.
